“And there was evening and there was morning, the ___________________ day.” First, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth day. All found in Genesis 1!

I’m on vacation in Myrtle Beach, SC and witnessed these two beauties – a full moon over the ocean and the sunset the morning following. It got me thinking about how God’s days of creation may have played out.

I’m not much into the discussion of old earth or new earth. But I think God had some fun on each day. How do you think he separated the light from the darkness on day 1? Maybe he played with the waters like a child in a bathtub on day 2. Moving the lands and seas around and forming seeds and plants on day 3. Lights in the sky on day 4 placing each on its path in the universe. Birds and sea creatures on day 5 – each with their own color and design. Day 6 with all of the living land creatures.

He had a blast!! His creativity on display in His creation!! Various plants from evergreen to palm trees. The giraffe, the hippo and the platypus!!

What a fun day (6 of them) He had so many years ago!!
