It’s Thanksgiving season!! The Plymouth Church of Christ, where I get the opportunity to serve as minister, is participating in 30 Days of ThanksGIVING. Each day we have a Thanksgiving Bible reading; thoughts are shared about that reading; we have also made the commitment to donate items to a ministry that helps people, Hope Clinic.

This is part of the mission of Hope Clinic (www.thehopeclinic.org): “We are working to form a community where every single person has the opportunity to serve and to be served. You can help address the need for systemic change by serving one person at a time and provide help + healing.” I’m so glad that we are using this time as an opportunity to connect to this ministry partner and to serve them as they serve others.

I am so blessed! There is so much for which to be thankful! As we sing, “Count your blessings / name them one by one / count your blessings / see what God has done.” What God has done and what God continues to do.
