It’s 2023!! Another year has come and gone. Most likely, each of us has taken an inventory of 2022. There has been some good and there has been some bad. I saw this on a facebook friend’s post:

New                 Year

                        Journeys

                        Dreams

                        Habits

                        Adventures

– Fresh Start – 

I like that. And yet I would change one little thing. I would add – New Day. I’m drawn to Jeremiah’s song of praise:

“The Lord’s kindness never fails!
If he had not been merciful,
    we would have been destroyed.
The Lord can always be trusted
    to show mercy each morning.” (Lamentations 3:22-23, Contemporary English Version)

Each morning is a new opportunity! Each new day is a chance to see, feel, and experience God’s love, mercy and grace. Each sunrise is a moment to trust in God on our journeys. With a dawn is the living out of the dreams we have. We get new chances to explore creating new habits for growth. And live a life of adventures!!

So Happy New Year in 2023! Happy New Days as you have been given the opportunity to see God’s work in your life!

So be blessed in this new year! Be a blessing to others in your adventures along the way!
